Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product was defective or received in error Return Policy: 30 Day Return Policy My Southern Heritage has a 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and original condition and we will give you your choice of a credit or exchange. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Damaged Items All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or the US Postal Service) immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier. Exchanges, Credits, and Returns You must Contact us by email prior to returning any item so that a Return Authorization Number can be issued. Please include your order number, name and items ordered in the email. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender. Once you have a Return Authorization Number, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns. Credits or Exchanges We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect this confirmation within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item. |
